1. About this site

This website at harborliving.cfd is published by Harbor Living, a Dovrefjell mountain station in Dombås, Norway. It describes the house, the rooms, the kitchen, the residents' gaming snug, and gives readers a way to send an enquiry to the desk. It is not a booking platform, it is not a review site, and it is not an operator of remote gaming. By using the site you accept the terms set out on this page.

2. Use of the site

You may read, print for personal use, and link to pages of this site. You may not copy substantial portions of the text or the photographs for republication, scrape the pages by automated means, or use the site in a way that would burden the server or interfere with other readers.

3. Enquiries and reservations

An enquiry sent through the form on the site is a request for the current arrangement; it does not create a reservation. A reservation is held only when the desk has replied by email confirming the room, the dates and the residence-club tier. Rates are quoted on the residence-club tiers and are held only for the window stated in the reply.

4. The gaming snug

The Rondane Snug is a small residents' gaming room, open to guests of the house who are 18 or over. Entry to the room is at the discretion of the desk; identification will be requested where a guest appears under twenty-five. No credit is extended by the house; table stakes are kept modest by policy of the room.

5. Accuracy of information

We keep the pages under review and correct them as the house changes. Even so, times, arrangements and menus can change with the weather and the season, and readers should treat the site as a description rather than a guarantee. The photographs are of the house itself and are kept up to date within reason.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, Harbor Living is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by writing to the house will be heard in the courts of Norway.
